Dear Friends,

The New Moon is Tuesday, February 21 at 3:35 PM Mountain Standard Time. This new moon is a time to recharge. You will feel like resting, getting more sleep, taking all the movement down to a standstill. If you have been struggling with something that has you constricted and confused, this would be the time to let go, unweight your position and give it over to spirit so you can turn towards another, new and better direction. Whatever it is, let it go. Whatever has you sleepless, let it go. Whatever you are trying to problem solve with your mind, let it go. Whatever you are worried about, let it go. Whatever you experience as being difficult, restrictive, full of suffering, pain and unresolved, let it go. Ritualize this by letting go of something you have been holding onto from the past that has old energy, like a piece of furniture, a photograph, an old sweater, old letters, old jewelry, an old relationship with strings attached etc.

Keep in mind that the times are very much about honoring fluidity and the movement of water and watery aspects that can be allies in helping you to dissolve whatever it is that is not working in your life. The key is that you do not need to know the solution on the other side. Just focus on the dissolving, the flexibility and fluidity. Drink lots of water and pay attention to the qualities of water and its importance in supporting life, change and growth.

IT IS PAST TIME TO GIVE UP THE ADDICTION TO SUFFERING. JUST GIVE IT UP!

Love - It's an Inside Job

The first time I felt my own love, not for someone else or for something outside of me but simply just for being, for existing, I cried. It was so unexpected that I didn’t know what it was at first. It was night, and I was driving down the highway away from the suburbs into Chicago listening to the radio when I noticed I had a huge smile on my face. My heart was warm, pulsing, and my chest was tingling. I could feel the warmth expanding my heart, my smile growing, and in an a-ha moment I realized that it was love, that it was my love, created and breathed through me and for me. And then I started doing one of those laugh-cries that women do when they are ridiculously happy. I had one hand on my heart, one hand on the wheel, tears were dripping down my face, but I was laughing, I was loved.

Since then it’s been a love hate relationship. I’ve cycled through old spaces and places where love didn’t seem to exist, where shame had taken residence, but one by one I have planted the flags of love throughout my inner world.

I have used many tools on this Journey. Reiki was the first one that cracked me open and started me on my path home. After my level one Reiki attunement I walked around for a half hour with my jaw dropped open, my hands held out in front of me, mumbling, “Oh my God, I have magic hands.” I could feel the divine love pouring out of each of my hand chakras and I knew I had found a piece of me that I had been missing for a long time.

The latest tool I have found to expand into love and the one I will be honored to share after the opening circle of Chi! Ka! Go! on February 12th is an energy, aptly named, All Love. The most amazing experience with the All Love energy I’ve had thus far is what I like to call a "bliss roller coaster," though I have also heard it referred to as a "Cosmic Orgasm." It starts out with so much energy moving through me that I feel both stuck to the earth and expanded into the heavens at the same time. I'm hot and sweating and then next thing I know, I'm on the ground laughing as wave after wave of joy is moving through my entire body and every single cell is exploding in pure bliss.

There are so many paths and so many ways to expand into love. So many moments that we can release fear, change an old way of thinking or seeing. This February instead of focusing on the love that’s outside of you, of its lack or imperfectness, I invite you to focus on the love that is inside of you. I invite you to bring this love into the spaces of you that have forgotten what love feels like. And I invite you to commit to yourself and to the world to come into a state of union, into a state of love, first with yourself, and then with all of creation.

wow thats what im talking about.. the return of the feminine.. the anima..  the soul... i never left, ive been here for years!! BELEIVE IT! =D    so many lives have passed & come back to create this moment we experience now..in this lifetime!

SO much gratitude to be able to have this physical experience at this point in time.  we have a chance to create (errr.. are creating )  history .. What will it be that our children's, children's, children's remember us for ???

i see an amazing society forming, one where we can work together because we realize that only together can we survive/thrive.. i see a world/earth that is tended to like another member of our society/family..  receiving all the respect that an elder deserves.  yea there is a sustaible life possible that includes everyone, and allows for an age of reason and harmony..a golden age/era... yea loving this newsletter enjoy =) and if you are interested will have a full moon meditation& fire ceremony this saturday at 6:45pm-8:45pm sounds like it will be warm =) eitherway I am sure will be a lovely night..

Recently, Neurophysicists have been astonished to discover that the Heart is more an organ of intelligence, than (merely) the bodies' main pumping station. More than half of the Heart is actually composed of neurons of the very same nature as those that make up the cerebral system. Joseph Chilton-Pearce, author of The Biology of Transcendence, calls it "the major biological apparatus within us and the seat of our greatest intelligence."

The Heart is also the source of the body's strongest electromagnetic field. Each heart cell is unique in that it not only pulsates in synchrony with all the other heart cells, but also produces an electromagnetic signal that radiates out beyond the cell. An EEG that measures brain waves shows that the electromagnetic signals from the heart are so much stronger than brain waves, that a reading of the heart's frequency spectrum can be taken from three feet away from the body...without placing electrodes on it!

The Heart's electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus.
